I walked up to a pine one day,
the pine was in fruition's way,
I respectfully thought if I could stay?...
and paint a branch, bright and gay.
Then, gently did the breezes sway,
bowing a branch, to nod and say,
"Yes, you may, it's okay."
So,
I might bring you, if I may,
the peace and comfort of that day.
