5/19/08 - Crowds gathered in the devastated city of Chengdu
shouted "Farewell, friends!" and "Rebuild!"
as China began three days of national mourning to honor the
tens of thousands killed by last week's massive earthquake.

Blessed be GOD The FATHER of our LORD Jesus Christ,
The FATHER of Mercies, and The GOD of all Comfort;

Our Merciful FATHER In Heaven,

In the calling of our hearts, we pray this solemn prayer for so many of our brethren
who have suffered severely in disasters, here at home and abroad.
.
Our prayers and hopes are for them that mourn and that have lost so much in the disasters.
.
II Corinthians 1:21, 4
Now He which Stablishes us with you in Christ, and has Anointed us, Is GOD;
..
Who Comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble,
by the Comfort wherewith we ourselves are Comforted of GOD.

and much comfort in that so many care and are mercifully, charitably coming to your aid."

FATHER,
We will continue to pray for all who suffer; for people of all nations, to find relief and comfort in all their sorrows.
